What is Reconstructive facilitation?

Reconstructive is a deep, experiential approach for transformation that you can integrate into coaching, leadership, therapy, facilitation or personal development practices, including:

Group dynamics
Body awareness
Trauma-sensitive facilitation
Inner patterns

The training explores how early childhood programming shapes our human behavior.

Understanding these foundational years is key to dismantling limiting beliefs and behaviors.

The program is designed to offer deep and authentic transformation through self awareness, personal responsibility, and conscious decision-making.

We learn how childhood wounds create fragmented, ‘frozen’ parts within us. Participants learn about emotional body awareness and get to know the trauma-sensitive techniques to recognise these parts and gently activate the blocked or unconscious emotions in clients.
By integrating these parts, your clients can rediscover safety, trust, and resilience.

What will you learn?

Facilitate Groups & Workshops

Understand and lead group dynamics, holding space and guide deep experiential processes. Apply Reconstructives techniques in in-person workshops.

Facilitate Individual sessions

Learn how to master individual consultataions based on human behavior principles from the Reconstructive School.

Practical translation to leadership and development.

You will learn about individual patterns, transform them and recognize the collective dynamics.

Develop your own human consciousness

You grow through your own patterns, expand your awareness and strengthen your inner leadership. Your presence is your main instrument.

An experiential approach

It is this approach that will transform the inner state of the facilitator and coach.
